To report abuse of FormThunder, such as a phishing form or unwanted email sent through our service, email support@formthunder.com with the details below. We look at every report. Phishing and malware come first, and we can pause a form or suspend an account that breaks our acceptable use policy.
What to include
- The URL of the page with the form, if it's a phishing or scam page.
- The form's access key, which is the value of the
access_keyfield or the ID in the form's action URL. - For unwanted email, the full message with its headers.
- What's wrong, in a sentence or two.
If you got a form notification you didn't want
Form owners: every notification email has a report spam link. One click blocks that sender on that form.
If you received an automatic reply you didn't ask for, someone typed your address into a form. Forward the message to us and we'll look into it. Each address can get at most 3 automatic replies a day from a form.
If you submitted a form by mistake
We process submissions for the website's owner, so contact them first. If you can't reach them, write to us with the page's URL.
Security issues
If you've found a security problem in FormThunder, email the same address with enough detail to reproduce it. Please don't access other people's data or run disruptive tests.
