FormThunder status
The live health check for FormThunder is at /api/health. It answers from the running service, so you can open it in a browser or point your own uptime monitor at it. We don't have a status page with incident history yet, and we'll publish one here when we do.
Is it your form, or the service?
If the health check is fine and your form isn't working, start with the delivery log on the submission.
