Add a Jekyll contact form with one include and no plugin
A Jekyll contact form needs one include and one value in _config.yml, with no plugin, so it runs on GitHub Pages too. Put the form in _includes, read the access key from site config with Liquid, and include it from any page. The form posts to FormThunder, which stores each submission and emails your verified address.
