Copy a quote request form template that tells you what to quote
This quote request form asks for the service, budget range, timeline and project details, which is what you need to reply with a price. FormThunder stores each request and emails it with the company in the subject line, once you've set a subject template. It works on the free plan, and Pro adds Slack and CRM webhooks.

</form>The fields that matter
- budget
A range is easier to answer than a blank box. Include a Not sure option so nobody has to invent a number.
- details
The one field you'll read closely, so it's required.
Adapting it
- Change the budget options to your own price bands. They're only there as an example.
- Ask your AI to set a redirect to a page that tells people when you'll reply.
Questions
Can quote requests go to my CRM?
Yes, on Pro. Send them through a webhook, or use Zapier, Make or n8n if your CRM has no inbound API.
Should budget be required?
It's optional here on purpose. Required budget fields put some people off, and a missing answer still tells you something.
