Add a contact form to your Dorik site with a custom code element
To add a FormThunder contact form to a Dorik site, drop a custom code (HTML) element onto the page and paste the form below. It posts to FormThunder, which stores each submission and emails your verified address. The styles are inline, so the form looks right without any changes to your Dorik theme.

- Build the thank-you page in Dorik first, publish it, and copy its full URL into
redirect. It has to be an absolute URL. - Dorik may preview custom code differently in the editor. Trust the published page for your test.
