Add a custom contact form to your Wix site with Embed HTML
To add a custom contact form to Wix, use the Embed HTML element and paste the form below, which posts to FormThunder. Wix runs embedded code inside an iframe, so the form needs target="_top" to send visitors to your thank-you page rather than loading it inside the box. Submissions are stored and emailed to your verified address.

- In the Editor, choose Add Elements, then Embed Code, then Embed HTML.
- Enter the code in the HTML box and press Update.
- Resize the element so nothing is cut off, at both desktop and mobile, then publish and test.

Notes for Wix
- The iframe can't read your Wix theme, so set your fonts and colours inside the
<style>block. - Wix doesn't resize the embed to fit its content. Leave a little spare height so a browser's validation bubble doesn't get clipped.
- If you've switched on domain restriction, add both your own domain and your wixsite.com address while you're testing. The request's origin comes from Wix's iframe host, so check
check_form_on_siteor a real test.
