Connect your form to Zapier and reach thousands of apps
You connect FormThunder to Zapier with a webhook: create a Zap with the Webhooks by Zapier Catch Hook trigger, then paste its URL into the form's webhook setting. Every submission starts the Zap, with each form field available as its own value. It uses FormThunder's webhook feature, which needs the Pro plan.

Set it up
- Create a Zap. For the trigger, pick Webhooks by Zapier, then Catch Hook, and copy the URL.
- Set that URL as the form's webhook.
- Send a test submission so Zapier sees a sample, then map the email, message and other fields into your action.
curl -X PATCH https://formthunder.com/api/v1/forms/YOUR_FORM_ID \
-H "Authorization: Bearer ft_live_..." \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"integrations":{"webhook":{"enabled":true,"url":"https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/000/XXXX/"}}}'What to know about Zapier
- Your form fields sit under
datain the payload, so look for them there in Zapier's field picker. - Webhooks by Zapier isn't on Zapier's Free plan. You need a paid one, such as Professional.
- Catch Hook doesn't check signatures. If the Zap does something sensitive, keep the hook URL private or run the signature check in a Code by Zapier step.

Is there a native FormThunder app in Zapier?
Not yet. The webhook route works today, and it only takes one URL.
If my Zap fails, does FormThunder retry?
FormThunder retries when Zapier's hook URL doesn't accept the POST. Errors later in the Zap happen inside Zapier and show in its Zap history.
